Cole Emmons
No degree. No corporate pedigree. No inherited network. Everything NAA has been built on was earned through execution -- late nights learning ad platforms, CRM systems, sales funnels, and operational design from the ground up.
Cole started building marketing infrastructure for local service businesses because he saw the same pattern everywhere: business owners who were excellent at their craft but had no system to generate leads, close deals, or manage growth.
The agency model was broken -- short contracts, misaligned incentives, and zero accountability for outcomes. So Cole built something different: an operator-led model where NAA embeds into the business, builds the infrastructure, and shares in the outcome.
The result: $1.2M+ in trackable inbound leads generated in 2025, 75% organic, across multiple industries -- all built by a self-taught operator who refused to take shortcuts.
